Everyone knows our beautiful Jersey cows produce the very best milk so in the La Crémière Kitchen at Woodlands Farm, we make sublime products that celebrate the most wonderful ingredients our Island has to offer. Every scoop, jar and box we make is handmade in small batches to our own artisan recipes using the very best ingredients. This is proper good mood food.

SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE
Perfect over Ice-cream, with grilled peaches or drizzled over crepes. Available in the original 250ml milk bottles or 100ml jars that fit perfectly in hand luggage when you’re travelling.

GELATO
The whole milk from our very own Woodlands Cows goes straight into this Italian style milk-ice. Our cafe will be serving our ever-changing local seasonal menu of flavours, from fresh Elderflower in spring to Jersey honey and lavender in summer, and caramelised pear & blackberry in autumn.
